Each phase works on its own, or as part of the full path.
You decide based on the data.
Activation · AI tools, reports, dashboards
Prepared but unused data is worth nothing: here the work turns into dashboards, reports and tools built to answer real questions. Some are AI-based, none are built to fill a screen with charts.
The goal is making sure whoever looks at the report knows what to do next.
How we do it
- 01We build dashboards that answer specific questions, not ones that fill the screen with charts.
- 02We automate recurring reports: no one should have to rebuild them by hand every week.
- 03We open the data up to AI, so the warehouse can be queried in plain language instead of SQL.
- 04We send segments back to the platforms, wherever they need to be activated.
The tools we use
Frequently asked questions
We already have dashboards. Why aren't they enough?
Often because they fill the screen with charts instead of answering specific questions. We build dashboards designed around a real question ("how many leads from this campaign become customers?"), not a list of metrics.
Can we ask questions in plain language instead of writing SQL queries?
Yes, that's exactly why we open the data up to AI: querying the warehouse in plain language, instead of needing to know SQL to get a number.
Do you automate the reports we currently rebuild by hand every week?
Yes, that's one of the goals of this phase: no one should have to rebuild the same report manually every week.
What does 'sending segments back to platforms' mean in practice?
A segment built in the warehouse (say, high-value customers) goes back to Google Ads or Meta to be used in campaigns, instead of staying locked in a dashboard no one activates.
