Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The service is provided by Targetwing di Ali Qehaj, a sole proprietorship based in Canton Ticino, Switzerland. Contact: info@targetwing.ch.

2. What's included

• Google Ads and Meta Ads account setup, in your name.
• Tracking pixel installation.
• A custom landing page, hosted on our infrastructure or your own domain.
• Creative production (copy + visuals) for the ads.
• Campaign management and optimization for 60 days from launch.
• CHF 400 of ad budget included, spent directly on third-party platforms.
• A report every 14 days with the key numbers.

3. What's NOT included

• Any ad budget beyond the CHF 400 included.
• Professional on-site photo or video production (available as a separate extra, with our partner Ledfilms).
• Tax, legal, or other business consulting.
• Actually responding to incoming contacts: that’s your job, not ours.
• Campaign management beyond the initial 60 days, unless separately agreed.

4. Price and payment

The total price is CHF 1,500, split into CHF 750 at start (deposit, covered by the 60-day guarantee) and CHF 750 at day 60, only if the system has generated at least one contact.

If no one has contacted you by day 60, the guarantee kicks in: we refund the initial CHF 750 and you don’t owe the second CHF 750. No automatic subscriptions, no hidden renewals.

5. What we need from you

• Basic materials (logo, business description, any photos) within 5 business days of the start.
• Access to your Google Business and/or Facebook/Instagram pages, if they exist.
• A reply within 24 business hours to our requests during setup.
• Availability to answer the people who contact you: if you don’t answer, the ads become pointless.

6. Intellectual property

Once the service is paid in full, the materials produced specifically for you (landing page, ad creative) become yours. Targetwing retains ownership of its working methods, generic templates, and software tools.

7. Results guarantee

We guarantee a refund of the initial CHF 750 if there are zero contacts within 60 days. The operational details are on the dedicated guarantee page, which is part of these terms.

What we don’t guarantee: a specific number of contacts, revenue, a conversion rate, or that every contact becomes a client. Advertising is a tool — closing the sale is on you.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is in any case limited to the total amount you paid for the service (maximum CHF 1,500). We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or lost opportunities, nor for failures of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Hostpoint) outside our control.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply to new contracts — contracts already in progress stay governed by the version in force when they were signed.

If you want to stop the service before 60 days are up, just email us. If the interruption comes from you, the guarantee doesn’t apply: we can’t verify whether the system would have worked.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Lugano, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
