The 60-day guarantee: how it actually works.

The promise

No hidden clauses. If in 60 days no one contacts you through the system we build, we refund the initial CHF 750. Full stop.

What we mean by "it didn't work"

We work on measurable results. For us, the system hasn’t worked when, in the 60 days after the campaign goes live, you haven’t received a single contact through the channels we set up:

• No incoming call to the number shown in the ads
• No WhatsApp or SMS message to the campaign number
• No email through the landing page form
• No request through any other channel agreed before launch

A binary criterion

Zero contacts, full refund. We don’t debate lead quality, we don’t ask you to prove it wasn’t "the right one". If the till is empty, we pay.

What's covered

• Covered: the initial CHF 750. The deposit you pay at project start comes back in full.
• Not covered: the CHF 400 ad budget. It’s spent directly on Meta and Google — the platforms keep that money, not us: we can’t refund what was never in our account.

What the guarantee requires

• The system needs to stay live for the full 60 days. If you pause it during the test (pausing ads, changing budget, closing accounts), the guarantee period stops.
• You need to answer the people who call. If the ads bring traffic but the phone rings unanswered, we can’t count that as "no contacts": the contacts happened, they were just lost.
• You need to provide the materials we ask for at launch (logo, business description, any photos). Without them, we can’t launch anything, so we can’t guarantee anything.

How to request a refund

At day 60 we check the contacts received together. If it’s zero, we reach out first and process the refund. If you’d rather start it yourself, just email info@targetwing.ch.

Timeline: the refund is processed within 21 business days, to the account the deposit came from.

What happens to the system: at the time of the refund, the ad accounts, creative assets and landing page stay yours if you want to carry on alone. No lock-in, no hard feelings.

Contractual reference

This page summarizes the guarantee in plain language. The full conditions are set out in the contract signed before the project starts, and prevail in case of any discrepancy.
