Each phase works on its own, or as part of the full path.
Before you can be seen, you need to be recognizable.
Strategy · Brand identity & positioning
Every business already has a positioning, even when it's never been written down anywhere: it comes from how the founder talks about it, from the price, from the customers it chooses. Our job in this phase is to make it explicit: who you are, who you work for, why someone should pick you.
Everything else grows out of this clarity: tone of voice, visual identity, the messaging of the phases that follow. Without a defined strategy, a beautiful website is still a website with no voice.
How we do it
- 01Analysis: we read the business and its market, offer, real customers, competitors, how the founder already talks about it. We come to the first call with research prepared with AI's help, not empty-handed.
- 02Strategy: we put values, vision, mission, personality and narrative in writing. Nothing visual exists yet at this point.
- 03Positioning: one sentence that stands on its own, who you are, who for, and why you instead of someone else.
- 04Identity & storytelling: brand archetype, logo, palette, typography, and the story that ties the rest together.
The tools we use
Frequently asked questions
We already have a logo. Is this phase still worth it?
Yes, if the logo didn't come from a written strategy. Often the issue isn't the visuals but the fact that no one has ever put in writing who you are, who you work for, and why someone should pick you: we start there, even if the logo stays.
How long does the Strategy phase take?
It depends on how complex the positioning is, but the typical path goes from initial analysis (prepared with AI's help) to written brand guidelines and a positioning statement, in a few weeks.
What do we get at the end of this phase?
A written document: values, vision, mission, the positioning sentence, the brand archetype, and the visual identity (logo, palette, typography). It doesn't stay in one person's head.
Do you use AI to write our strategy?
We use it to prepare market and competitor research before the first call, so we don't start empty-handed. The positioning decisions stay ours and yours, written together with you.
